Cookie Policy

We do not use marketing or analytics cookies. We do not share your activity with advertisers, tracking networks, or social platforms. Because of that, we do not need to ask you to accept a cookie banner.

The only client-side data we collect is anonymised pageview information through a cookie-free beacon. The beacon does not write to your device's storage. It sends us:

• The page you are on
• The page you came from (referrer)
• Your screen width
• A daily-rotating hash derived from the date, your user agent, and your screen size. This lets us count unique daily visitors without being able to identify you across days or devices.
• UTM campaign parameters if present in the URL

The beacon data is aggregated server-side into anonymised counts of pageviews, unique visitors, and conversion events (e.g. contact form submissions). It is not linked back to any customer record we hold.

The customer portal you receive with a quote uses standard session cookies set by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security purposes - to make sure the page you are loading is the page you asked for and that your action (accepting a quote, paying a deposit) is attributable to you. These are exempt from PECR consent rules because they are strictly necessary for the service you have requested.

The admin tools used by the SlickSkins owner use authenticated session cookies set by Supabase. These are not relevant to public visitors.

We do not embed third-party scripts that set cookies (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.). If we ever add an embedded video, map, or finance-application form that sets cookies, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
